Fully qualified and experienced SMBLA Instructors deliver an introduction to mountain biking skills and techniques, to build on and improve your enjoyment of off road riding. We offer a range of sessions for all ages and abilities, including school groups, adult groups, private parties, and one-to-one tuition. We have trails on site, a new bike skills course, cycle hire and refreshments. Accommodation is available in our B & B and campsite from £3 per night.

Pedal back in time to the bustling working harbour at Porteath, with its famous incline and harbour walls, then on through ancient mining sites and remnants, and over to the old Arsenic works at Poldice. Finally, learn about the recently restored workings at Wheal Peevor, before returning for a question and answer session over a welcome local real ale back in the Elm Farm beer garden. `
