Ordered your bike online to get the best deal, but would like it
built by a professional?

We have seen many a bike damaged by not having all the intricate adjustments and construction methods professional bike builders use. This is not saying you are not competent enough to build a bike, just there are certain little tricks - like putting a thin smear of lubricant on a seat post to stop corrosion and seizing, that not all people realize are first done during a bike build.

Also, after about a month of cycling you will find your bike is not handling as perfect as when you first got it. The bike has been run in and found its balance, but the gears won't be as accurate, bolts, spokes and screws need retensioning or resetting to return your bike to its previous glory, after these adjustments your bike should be fine until its next regular service. This is not a fault, new cables can stretch, things can come slightly out of alignment - even a well setup bike that has also been lucky is unlikely not to need a little tweak here and there.

With any bike build, we include the first months service free, help dealing with any warranty issues that crop up, and offer a reduced price annual maintenance service to keep your bike in top shape ( a yearly service service is the minimum we would recommend to keep your bike problem free - if it has been worked hard it will need more frequent maintainace, please use your own judgment )

We also have a range of parts, emergency spares, clothing and accessories, inluding; Endura and Fox clothing, Giro, Fox, Bell, Met, Lazer and Apex helmets - Camelbak backpacks - Shimano, Hope and other quality spares. If we haven't got it in stock we can get it for you usually within two to four working days.
